Have you ever went through a week, and when it was all over, you hardly remember the happenings of that week? Heh...that's where I'm at. Last week is nothing but a blur. As far as our menu plan goes, I know I did not make the Chicken Pot Pie, but I cannot for the life of me figure out what I made in its place. Gah. So...my averages are going to be off since I am missing one meal (unless it was leftovers...but I don't think it was.)
There were a total of 39 servings, and the total cost of 5 meals was $13. Which breaks down to an average .33 a serving. Not bad!
Here's what I've got planned for this week:
Breakfasts
- Baked Oatmeal
- Bagels/Cr. Cheese
- Bacon/Eggs
- French Toast
Dinners
- Sunday: Leftovers from previous week.
- Monday: Chicken Ranch Alfredo. ($3) Peas. (.50)HM French Bread (.40) (5 servings= .78/ea)
- Tuesday: Chicken Pot Pie
($2.75)($2.95)(8 servings=.34/ea.37/ea) - Wednesday: Rotisserie Chicken. ($6.50)HM Bread. (.40) GB. (Free from garden) (10 ? servings=.69/ea)This one is kind of hard to figure..I actually got about 20 servings from my chicken, so that would be about .33 serving for just chicken. So, for this meal alone, the meal/serving price would be: $2.05 for 5 servings, so .41 ea.
- Thursday: Deer. (free) Mashed Potatoes/Gravy. (.50) Peas.(.50) (5 servings=.20 ea)
- Friday: Bierocks.($2) Dessert. (.50) (8 servings=.31/ea)
- Saturday: Leftovers.
As I go along, if the prices change, I will come back and update in blue.
