Menu Plan Week of October 11th-17th

Can you believe it is already the middle of October?! I know I can't. This week is our final week of soccer until the Spring season. I am beyond ready for things to slow down a little around here.
I was pretty busy in the kitchen last week with baking day and apple butter making. I am so thankful to have a freezer full of baked goods and an ever growing pantry. This week brings more apple butter making as well as some applesauce. I still have almost 2 complete bushels to process! Sounds like you've been busy in the kitchen.
Your menu plan looks like it's going to be a yummy week at your home.
