MPM

Okay, this week's menu is going to have a ton of repeats! Last week's menu, um well, nothing went as planned. The week was crazy. We went furniture shopping Monday, and Willie wanted to go ahead and eat out (I guess as a victory that we actually walked out of the furniture store without furniture because they wouldn't take our cash offer!), Wednesday (and the rest of the week) was a story in and of itself (you can read a bit more about that here)....

Last week there were a total of 26 servings, and the total cost of 4 meals was $10.60. Which breaks down to an average .41 a serving. I figured the chicken on a per serving basis, since I stretched it 3 meals.

So, here we go with the (almost identical from last week) menu plan:

Breakfast

  • WW Biscuits and Gravy.

  • French Toast.

  • Bagels/Cr Cheese

  • Banana Muffins

Dinners

  • Sunday: Gone

  • Monday: Deer. (free) Mashed Potatoes/Gravy. (.50) Peas.(.50) (5 servings=.20 ea)

  • Tuesday: Chicken Ranch Alfredo. ($3) Peas. (.50)HM French Bread (.40) (5 servings= .78/ea)I had an "off" night and totally forgot to start the bread (we ended up eating some leftover dinner rolls), or fix the peas. Hmm. But..the total cost of the Alfredo dish was $2.90, 8 servings= $.36/ea

  • Wednesday: Bierocks.($2) Dessert. (.50) (8 servings=.31/ea)

  • Thursday: THANKSGIVING! I'm making some appetizers and HM Pumpkin Pie.

  • Friday: Thanksgiving Leftovers

  • Saturday: HM Pizza (2 pizzas= .40 crust, $1.50 pepperoni, .70 hamburger {1/2 lb}, $3 cheese $1.50, hm pizza sauce= $5.60 $4.10.)

As I go along, if the prices change, I will come back and update in blue.

Oh man I LOVE that dish! Alfredo is one of my favorite things in life and my husband really doesn't like it at all...BUT he really likes it in this dish. Win win at my house! :)

Oh...and it is oh so easy!
