On my sidebar you will see an extra little icon for Swagbucks. I've heard tons of things about it, but I finally took the plunge and signed up.
If you haven't heard of it..here is a small rundown.
- Swagbucks are points that you later redeem for gift cards or other exclusive merchandise.
- To earn Swagbucks you can shop online, through Swagbucks, and get Swagbucks for every dollar spent. The specific amount varies by merchant.
- Search. We all search online anyway, so download the Swagbucks toolbar (powered by Google and Ask), and start earning Swagbucks!
- Random Swagbucks codes. Every once in awhile there will be a Swagbuck code that you can enter and earn extra Swagbucks.
- Refer your friends!
I just joined earlier this week, so I have minimal experience with it. But, I have earned a few points so far. **UPDATE**I've now had Swagbucks for not quite a month and I have enough points for $15 worth of Amazon gift cards!! Swagbucks definitely works for me!!**

Be sure to go here and sign up for Swagbucks today and start getting rewarded for something you do everyday anyway, searching online.

Okay, cool! I do tons of searches, and do occasionally make online purchases (especially from Walmart.com). So, this will help in one of my personal goals for 2009 ... to see how much free stuff I can accumulate from giveaways, etc., to give as misc Christmas gifts this year. Thanks Phoebe .. you're awesome!
I have been hearing about Swag Bucks a lot lately. I haven't heard anything specific about it other then it can earn you gift cards. I think I will have to give it a try.
